It lives in your menu bar, waits quietly, and offers one short guided movement when your next break is ready.
Why it exists
It is easy to lose track of time while working at a Mac. Most break tools add another dashboard, streak, or notification stream. Eye Yoga for Mac takes a narrower approach: a visible menu-bar cue and a focused exercise window that can be closed at any time.
The visual language is inspired by gentle yoga practice—attention, breath, and deliberate movement—without turning the app into a lesson, a medical product, or a productivity score.
How the experience is shaped
Quiet by default
The menu-bar eye changes color when a break is ready. Notifications are optional.
Easy to leave
Every movement has a short countdown and can be dismissed immediately with Escape or the standard close control.
Native to Mac
Light and dark appearances, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, and reduced-motion settings are part of the design.
Private in practice
No account, advertising, or behavioral analytics. Settings and reminder state stay on your Mac.
Responsible positioning
Eye Yoga for Mac is a wellbeing and focus companion for brief visual pauses. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions and does not claim to improve eyesight. If a movement feels uncomfortable, stop and seek appropriate professional guidance for ongoing symptoms.
