Information stored on your Mac

Eye Yoga for Mac stores the settings needed to operate the app, including your reminder interval, selected exercise duration, notification preference, appearance preference, Launch at Login preference, onboarding state, and reminder timing state. This information is stored locally in your macOS user account.

Removing the app and its local application data removes these settings. The app does not upload your exercise completions, timer history, preferences, or movement selections to an Eye Yoga account or developer-operated database.

Firebase Remote Config

The app uses Firebase Remote Config solely to retrieve validated English exercise names, instructions, and comfort notes. The app uses bundled wording when remote wording is unavailable or fails validation.

Remote Config does not control exercise selection, animation, exercise duration, reminder timing, completion, or your settings.

According to Firebase's Apple-platform disclosure documentation, Firebase Remote Config processes the following technical data to provide and operate that service:

Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Installations are services provided by Google. Their processing is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy documentation. You can review Firebase's Apple-platform data disclosure, Firebase Installations documentation, and Firebase privacy information.

What the app does not include

• No user account or sign-in.
• No advertising SDK.
• No Google Analytics for Firebase or behavioral event analytics.
• No sale or rental of personal information.
• No cross-app or cross-website tracking by Eye Yoga for Mac.

Website hosting

This website is hosted using Firebase Hosting. When you request a page, Google may process standard network and request information—such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and timestamps—to deliver the site, maintain security, and operate the hosting service. This website does not include advertising, user accounts, or first-party behavioral analytics.

Retention and deletion

Local app settings remain on your Mac until you change them or remove the app's local data. Data processed by Firebase is retained according to Google's service-specific practices and applicable terms.

Uninstalling the app removes the application but macOS may retain preference data unless you remove it separately. Reinstalling the app may result in Firebase creating a new installation ID. Eye Yoga for Mac does not maintain an account profile to delete.

Children's privacy

Eye Yoga for Mac is a general-audience productivity and wellbeing utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly request or collect a child's name, contact information, or account information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app functionality, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
